Once you’ve decided to make Sanctuary at Green Mountain your next home, our sales team would be delighted to walk you through the following steps to get you in your new home as quickly and easily as possible:

1.  Community Application

Apply for residence at the community at this link.  You should receive notification within a few days.  Each adult occupant needs to submit an application.

2.  Financing (As Necessary)

Apply for financing.  You can get pre-approved at this link.  (Note that this is an external link to a third party lender not affiliated with Sanctuary at Green Mountain.  We’re happy to share contact info for other lenders who specializes in this particular style of construction if you want to shop around.)

3.  Select Your Home

Select from our custom curated collection of available designer homes.  Once you decide on your favorite, we can complete the paperwork which, along with your 5% deposit, will reserve your new home.

4.  Move In!

Once your home is constructed and ready for move-in, we will complete your paperwork and finish your financing.  Then, all you’ll need to do is schedule your furniture delivery!
